Mike graduated in law at the University of Hull and joined Leathes Prior in 1995 where he completed his training and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.
Mike specialises in commercial and intellectual property matters. Mike has extensive experience in dealing with franchising and licensing matters and his background in the automotive industry means that the advice he is able to provide is pragmatic and based on his appreciation of the commercial needs of individual clients.
Mike also handles commercial disputes including complex patent actions, franchise litigation, arbitrations and mediations.
