Darren joined Leathes Prior in 1994 and has gained considerable experience in commercial litigation. Darren is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Darren has experience in civil disputes including contractual claims, professional negligence, and construction litigation, property litigation including boundary & neighbour disputes, Landlord and Tenant matters and provides valuable support in the field of franchise dispute resolution.
