Frank graduated with a law degree at the University of Hull in 1995 and joined Leathes Prior in 1997 where he completed his training contract and qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and became a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2001.

Frank's main areas of expertise includes corporate recovery and turnaround procedures including Administrations, Company and Partnership Voluntary Arrangements, Voluntary and Compulsory Liquidations and Administrative Receiverships advising both office holders and directors. Frank has advised on director's disqualification proceedings and defended misfeasance and wrongful trading actions against directors.

Frank also advises in all aspects of personal insolvency including Bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements acting for Trustees in Bankruptcy, Supervisors and individuals with financial difficulties.

Frank is one of only two solicitors who are Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in East Anglia, is a Regional Committee Member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals ("R3"), a member of the Insolvency Lawyers' Association and has co-authored "Managing Bankruptcy and Liquidation", published by The Stationery Office and more recently "Personal Insolvency" and "Corporate Insolvency" published by Cavendish Publishing as part of the Pocket Lawyer series. Frank is also a regular speaker at national insolvency conferences.
