Richard Guthrie
Associate
Richard graduated in Law from King's College London in 2000 and worked at the High Court and in Vancouver before joining Leathes Prior in 2004.
Richard specialises in corporate law and has a broad range of experience including: acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations, shareholder agreements, share option schemes and providing general advice on company issues.
Richard is qualifying as a Notary Public and was "strongly recommended to anyone in need of corporate advice" (by Rachel Crampton, former owner of The Travel Centre (Norwich) Limited).
