Richard graduated in Law in 1999, prior to taking a year out and travelling.
Richard returned to the UK in 2000, where he completed his studies at the College of Law, York
before joining
London
firm, Sheridans, as a trainee solicitor in 2001.
Having qualified as a solicitor, Richard returned to his native Norfolk
and started work at Leathes Prior as a commercial solicitor in 2005.
Richard specialises in a broad range of commercial, contractual and compliance matters, including franchising, data protection, terms and conditions, IT and intellectual property, agency and distribution.
The Legal 500 2008 publication commends Richard for his "excellence" in IP, e-commerce and data compliance matters, and he is popular with clients too:
