Richard graduated in Law in 1999, prior to taking a year out and travelling.
Richard returned to the UK in 2000, where he completed his studies at the College of Law, York, in June 2001 before joining London firm, Sheridans, as a trainee solicitor in September 2001.
Having qualified as a solicitor, Richard returned to his native Norfolk and commenced work at Leathes Prior as a commercial solicitor in January 2005.
Richard specialises in a broad range of commercial, contractual and compliance matters, including franchising, data protection, terms and conditions, IT and intellectual property, agency and distribution.
