Peter graduated in law at the University of Kent and trained with London and South east firm, Thomas Eggar, qualifying in 1984. Peter has practised in Norfolk for the past 20 years and has built up a significant commercial client following in Norwich, throughout Norfolk, London and Oxfordshire. Peter also acts as legal advisor to several international clients based in America with UK commercial interests.
Peter has gained considerable experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work specialising in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and company restructuring. He has particular expertise in advising clients in the field of private healthcare, the packaging and print industries, the tourism sector and the veterinary and accountancy professions.
