Paula chose a career in law after working for both the Royal Air Force and Norwich Union, studying law as a mature student at UEA and winning a Sweet & Maxwell prize in her 1st year of study.
Whilst her experiance covers the whole spectrum of employment law issues, Paula has a passionate interest in the protection and promotion of the rights of employees and has particular expertise in discrimination claims. Paula can assist an employee with all employment-related matters and has a hands-on and practical approach to problem-solving. Paula is an able negotiator and often advises employees in respect of their compromise agreements and Equal Pay Claims. In the event that a matter cannot be resolved swiftly and amicably she has an enviable track record at the Employment Tribunal.
Paula is willing to consider undertaking appropriate cases on a "no win, no fee" basis.
Paula was the only employee-focused employment lawyer mentioned in the 2008 Chambers and Partner's review of the East Anglian legal profession.
