Paul graduated in French and Drama at the University of London and worked overseas for a number of years before training with a City of London firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 1988 and joining Leathes Prior in 1990.
Paul specialises in all areas of corporate work including Corporate Finance, Joint Ventures, Funding and Subscription Agreements, Share buy-backs, Shareholder Agreements and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Paul is listed in the Legal 500 publication 'Legal Experts' as an expert in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law.
A Founder of the Duffers Golfing Association, Paul is fluent in French and conversant in a number of other languages.
